Quad Lock® Universal Adapter (V3)

Our universal Quad Lock® adapters have a sturdy mounting mechanism compatible with all standard mounts and can be stuck directly to the phone body, case and most flat metal and plastic surfaces.

With a thickness of only 5 mm, the universal Quad Lock® adapter fits without problems on the back of smartphones and cases.

The Quad Lock universal adapter uses top-quality 3M™ VHB 4952 adhesive tape, which is suitable for smooth, non-porous surfaces without texture, such as:
• Plastics such as polycarbonate, ABS, PVC, nylon, acrylic
• Unpainted metals
• Glass without additional coatings
The tape will not stick to a substrate made of:
• Rubber, TPU, TPE
• Leather
• Silicone
• Glass coated with a hydrophobic coating (also known as an anti-fingerprint coating, which is used on the back of the housing of modern smartphones)
• Soft-touch, flexible coatings and paints (raptor)
• Plastics with low surface tension, such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), acetal, HDPE
• Wood
We suggest using a case together with the universal Quad Lock® adapter if your phone has glass on the back of the housing. Make sure the surface is clean and dry before sticking on the universal Quad Lock® adapter. The 3M™ VHB™ adhesive tape uses adhesive and is single-use.
