When you order: name, phone, city, delivery branch and order comment. Card data is processed by Stripe — we never receive it.
Purpose
To fulfil your order (confirmation, delivery, payment, warranty) and to meet legal obligations (accounting). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Recipients
Delivery services (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta), the payment provider Stripe, hosting and email providers (Cloudflare, Google) — only as needed to fulfil the order.
Retention
For as long as needed to fulfil the order and warranty obligations, and for the period required by tax law.
Your rights
