Made of durable, wear-resistant material with a 2.5-layer HARD-TEX membrane, the suit provides waterproofness and breathability during winter fishing. The outer layer of the suit has an additional hydrophobic finish, providing protection against wind, sleet and rain. The Nordy suit uses advanced Thermalrate insulation, providing warmth in freezing weather. The jacket hood is lined with soft fleece, which additionally provides warmth and comfort. It also has underarm ventilation zippers for regulating body temperature during intense activity. Built-in gaiters at the ends of the legs keep out snow and moisture.

The cuffs are adjustable with hook-and-loop fasteners, and the bottom edge has a drawcord, ensuring a body-hugging fit in the cold. The elastic waist and adjustable suspenders provide an individual and secure fit.
