Smooth, dark blue, multi-purpose lithium complex grease of NLGI # 2 consistency — with the added benefits of a high-density polymer, providing optimal performance in most ambient conditions. For use at temperatures from -29° C to + 293° C. It is multi-purpose, has very good mechanical stability (does not thin out during normal use), excellent resistance to water washout, and adheres to metal surfaces in harsh conditions because it effectively reduces the coefficient of friction. Maxima waterproof grease is reinforced with lead extreme-pressure additives to provide high load-carrying capacity and extra protection under shock load conditions. Rust and corrosion inhibitors provide an additional margin of performance and protection across a wide range of adverse operating conditions. It works well on bearings next to disc brakes, as well as on axles and hubs of boat trailers used in a salt water environment.
