Gray Synthetic Rope 5 mm with Hook

Synthetic rope 5 mm x 15 m, Gray, with thimble and hook, MBL 2.9T
Our synthetic ropes are made of the highest quality material.
It is ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, offering maximum strength combined with minimum weight.
Properties:
• highest strength-to-weight ratio
• very good abrasion resistance
• excellent resistance to material fatigue
• good resistance to compression
• low stretch characteristics
• limited temperature resistance (melting point 150°C)
• maximum continuous working temperature 70°C
• fiber density 0.97 : movable
The low stretch of the ropes is very advantageous in cases of limited space to move, where a possible dynamic force created as a result of stretching can be very dangerous, e.g. for winches, for tugboats and when mooring ships with heavy equipment. HMPE fiber ropes are especially recommended where low weight and easy handling are of great importance, also in water transport for quick and safe mooring and for towing.
Powerline ropes are unrivaled ropes on the European market - the highest quality at an attractive price!
