You may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

How to return

1. Email aspshopukraine@gmail.com with your order number and the item.
2. We will send you the return address.
3. Ship the item unused, in its original undamaged packaging, complete with all accessories.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We refund using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the item.

Warranty & complaints

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. If an item is defective, email us photos and a description — we will review the complaint and offer repair, replacement or a refund.

Returns do not apply to custom-made or specially ordered goods, or to goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g. helmets with opened liner packaging), unless the law provides otherwise.
