Delivery

Goods are shipped from our warehouse in the European Union. Delivery across Ukraine via Nova Poshta (branch or courier) or Ukrposhta. Our manager confirms delivery time and cost when confirming the order.

Customs. Goods are shipped from Poland (EU) in your name. Prices exclude EU VAT. If the parcel value exceeds the duty-free limit set by Ukrainian law, import duty and VAT are charged by the carrier or customs and paid by the buyer on delivery. The seller does not handle customs clearance in Ukraine.

Payment

• Card online — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store card details.
• Invoice for companies — issued by FIRMA HANDLOWO-USŁUGOWA ANVIT SP. Z O.O..

Prices are shown in UAH. If the payment is made in another currency, the buyer's bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
